Replace `arg_BIG_RESOURCES` with `rcc_BIG_RESOURCES` 

This fixes a typo in the name of the variable, `arg_BIG_RESOURCES`, as
it should be `rcc_BIG_RESOURCES` instead, because `rcc` is the prefix
given to the corresponding `cmake_parse_arguments`.
