WebAssembly: Do not use sed directly for wasm_shell.html deployment 

Use $$QMAKE_STREAM_EDITOR, instead, which will on Windows expand
to "qmake -install sed" (triggering qmake's own sed implementation)
and otherwise expand to "sed".
