tests: blacklist tst_QPrinter::testPrintPreviewDialog() 

on Ubuntu 24.04 GNOME Wayland.

There is a bug in GNOME 46.0 on Ubuntu 24.04 Wayland when showing
a maximized or fullscreen window.
