Add -DQT_{module}_LIB in pkg-config cflags for each Qt module 

Build systems such as Meson heavily rely on pkg-config to get build
flags.
-DQT_{module}_LIB isn't exported in .pc files which makes Meson unable
to build some codes out of the box.
