Remove unused touch-related code in QApplicationPrivate header
For X11 and Windows the touch handling code lives in the platform plug-ins. The RX71 code is replaced by the generic evdev touch support provided by the touchscreen plug-in. Change-Id: I12c9fd3be8b466565cac7abebbb70805f1e28b5f Reviewed-by: Samuel Rødal <samuel.rodal@nokia.com>bb10
