AllowUncPaths (and the whole enum) is private API that is always enabled
only on Windows (build-time decision). So, remove it and change the
unittests to match reality. Now DefaultNormalization on Windows implies
handling UNC paths.
This was suggested in code review by Thiago; since this is a hot code
path, the goal is letting the compiler keep the flags parameter to
qt_normalizePathSegments() in a register, by keeping the
PathNormalization enum as small as possible.
Drive-by change: since those lines in the unittest are changed anyway,
take the chance and use u""_s syntax.

For example normalizing "/Users/sam/troll/qt4.0/.." by following the
alogrithm at https://www.ietf.org/rfc/rfc3986.html#section-5.2.4:
- replace "/.." with a "/" in the input buffer, then remove the previous
path segment from the output buffer up to, and including, the
previous "/"
- next iteration will find the input buffer starting with a "/" which
is moved to the output buffer; the final result would be:
"/Users/sam/troll/"
Remove the KeepLocalTrailingSlash enumerator, it's become redundant with
this change.
De-duplicate a row in tst_QDir.
[ChangeLog][Important Behavior Change] Aligned how QDir and QUrl
normalize paths with respect to preserving a trailing slash. That is,
QDir::cleanPath("/b/.") and
QUrl("file:///b/.).toString(QUrl::NormalizePathSegments) will return

Commit 4b1547adc9b195e6acc90471fc48dec7ee0c429d rewrote the latter for
simplicity and performance, so copy it over with intent to merging the
two together. In this copy, however, we keep the behavior introduced by
commit eaf4438b35, which made the
normalization match the behavior found in browsers, but didn't apply to
QUrl::resolved (that's the next commit)

The test checks if two paths test equal if they are pointing to the same
place, but one of them is not a canonical path.
Example of such paths: /tmp/.. and /
The test assumes that /usr is an existing directory on platforms other
than win, haiku and android.
The reason /usr is used instead of /tmp is that /tmp is a symlink on
macos and that interferes with the test (as described in 0b67ad9d).
However /usr does not exist on VxWorks (unless created by the user).
/tmp can (and is in our CI env) enabled by turning on the
INCLUDE_TMP_DIR component.
Solve the problem by using /tmp instead of /usr on vxworks.

On Linux "../" is /tmp, which is more likely to cause issues with the
dir.entrylist() below used in that test; /tmp could have a lot of
temporary files, any of them can be gone in a jiffy. Noticed this test
occasionally falking out when running tests in parallel (`ctest -R
"foo|bar" -j3`).
This may be an unintentional side effect of
b3e9e80719, which changed the code to use
a temporary dir for testing instead of creating/deleting dirs in the
source dir ("../" from the source dir has a more stable entries count
than /tmp).

The density of Q_FOREACH uses in this and some other modules is still
extremely high, too high for anyone to tackle in a short amount of
time. Even if they're not concentrated in just a few TUs, we need to
make progress on a global QT_NO_FOREACH default, so grab the nettle
and stick to our strategy:
Mark the whole of Qt with QT_NO_FOREACH, to prevent new uses from
creeping in, and whitelist the affected TUs by #undef'ing
QT_NO_FOREACH locally, at the top of each file. For TUs that are part
of a larger executable, this requires these files to be compiled
separately, so add them to NO_PCH_SOURCES (which implies
NO_UNITY_BUILD_SOURCES, too).
In tst_qglobal.cpp and tst_qcollections.cpp change the comment on the
#undef QT_NO_FOREACH to indicate that these actually test the macro.

qt_ntfs_permission_lookup is a global, non-atomic variable which
could cause problems in case of multiple threads. Introduce a
new atomic variable to handle permission lookups but instead of
manual incrementation/decrementation, implement a class to manage
the variable.
Since the atomic variable is not directly available to the user,
implement helper functions to increase/decrease/check the status
of the variable.

This is inherently faster than getting it in UTC from the underlying
native API stat call, then converting it to the Local Time Zone just to
compare them. The same goes for any use-case where you get a QDateTime
then the first thing you do is call t.to{Msec,Secs}SinceEpoch().

Windows VMs are provisioned with shared folders that are available as
\\${COMPUTERNAME}\testshare(writable)
so we don't need to access a remote SMB server over network anymore just
to test whether our string-parsing code handles UNC paths correctly.
Add a QTest::uncServerName() helper function to the shared filesystem.h
header and use that instead of QtNetworkSettings::winServerName. The
latter is now only used in tst_NetworkSelfTest::smbServer().

Before this change, next() was the only way to advance the iterator,
whether the caller was ultimately interested in just the filePath()
(good) or not (bad luck, had to call .fileInfo()).
Add a new function, nextFileInfo(), with returns fileInfo() instead.
Incidentally, the returned object has already been constructed as part
of advance()ing the iterator, so the new function is faster than
next() even if the result is ignored, because we're not calculating a
QString result the caller may not be interested in.
Use the new function around the code.
Fix a couple of cases of next(); fileInfo().filePath() (just use
next()'s return value) as a drive-by.
[ChangeLog][QtCore][QDirIterator] Added nextFileInfo(), which is like
next(), but returns fileInfo() instead of filePath().

The commit amends commit 3966b571 to take UNC prefix into account as
well. Fixes the weird file name output as reported in QTBUG-74291 and
QTBUG-83365. Replace manual separator normalizing in qt_cleanPath(),
this is another spot where UNC prefix handling needs to be applied.
Also make QTemporaryFile operate on '/' as file separators to fix
creating both file types with native path separators on network shares.
