Volker Hilsheimer cd48b781d1 StyleSheet baseline test for TreeView: include one with empty area
So far, the entire tree view was filled with items, so we didn't see how
the empty area below the last item was rendered. Take a screen shot of
the tree after giving it twice the space it originally has to get some
empty area included as well, without breaking existing baseline images.

Eirik Aavitsland a721428478 Add a few improvements to the baseline testing framework
1) Add a QBASELINETEST_MAIN macro as a replacement for QTEST_MAIN,
relieving the clients of reproducing the kludgy workaround

2) Add a -server command line option to baseline tests, as an
alternative to specifying the server in an environment variable

3) Fix command line parsing so that it exits on syntax errors.

Volker Hilsheimer 74e0ed217f StyleSheet: respect a font weight set for header sections
QCommonStyle sets the font for a selected header section to bold.
This overrides the font weight a calling style might already have set,
e.g. when a style sheet is applied to explicitly set a weight for a
checked header section:

QHeaderView::section:checked {
   font-size: 20px
   font-weight: normal
}

Since setting the weight on a font sets the respective resolve-mask
bit, we can avoid overwriting a weight that is already set explicitly.

Add baseline test coverage using a QTableWidget.

Volker Hilsheimer 2b99a71b22 Stylesheet: Don't ignore item check indicator styling
Amends cf52d725156811754cd4e094b0984864795d1d58, after which most
indicator styling was no longer taken into account unless some other
item aspects were styled. Calling the baseStyle to draw the entire item
doesn't call back into the style sheet style for the indicator itself.

The QCommonStyle code that breaks the item up into individual sub
elements cannot be called for each element. E.g. turning off the check
indicator feature changes the layout of the item.

So if the indicator is styled, then we have to draw an otherwise empty
item with the style sheet style, and then clip the already painted rect
before calling the base style to draw text and highlighting with the
correct palette.

Add baseline test for QTreeView with different style sheets.

Volker Hilsheimer 56da533b45 Never handle scrollbars styled with box or border changes as transient
If scrollbars are styled with a style sheet that includes a box or
removes off the native border, then we never treat them as transient or
overlapping. Otherwise, the layout logic in QAbstractScrollArea will
show them on top of the viewport, overlapping the content.

Add case to the style sheet test baseline test. It's a test for
scrollbars in a scroll area, rather than a test for the styling of the
scrollbars themselves.
