Rafael Roquetto ee69c935c0 Enable some SQLITE extensions by default 
Enable SQLITE_ENABLE_FTS3 SQLITE_ENABLE_FTS3_PARENTHESIS SQLITE_ENABLE_RTREE
by default on all platforms. These options were previously enabled in Ubuntu,
Nokia N9 and in some mobile devices.

Sergey Gusarov 8e943bbf5d Apply Qt config option "-no-largefile" to SQLite make process 
This patch fixes compilation error if there is no
64 bit support in compiler.
