Bjoern Breitmeyer 32db7de207 fixed unittest builds for wince 
removed printsupport tests for wince as there
is no print support on wince and removed the special
handling for wince from 4.8 on some tests as the dependent
modules are not part of qt base anymore

Bradley T. Hughes fcf0e67deb Skip tst_QInputDialog on Mac OS X 
This test hangs in CI, but so far I've been unable to reproduce the
problem. Disable the test for now so that this test does not block
changes that bring in needed functionality.
