the source row.

QStringListModel::setData documentation states that
"The dataChanged() signal is emitted if the item is changed."
This patch actually respects the doc. setData will check that the data
actually changed before sending the dataChanged signal.
[ChangeLog][QtCore][QStringListModel] setData will now emit the
dataChanged() signal only if the string set is different from
the one already contained in the model

qdoc needs to know that a qdoc comment should not be part of the
documentation until a future version. In this case, some new functions
were declared to become active in Qt 6.0, but qdoc had no way of
detecting this and reported errors about them incorrectly. Adding
\since 6.0 to the qdoc comments for these functions allows qdoc to
ignore them without printing the errors.
It is also not allowed to document static functions declared in .cpp
files, because these functions are not in the public API. The qdoc
comment marker was removed from the comments for a few such static
functions.

Before this patch QStringListModel::setItemData emitted dataChanged
twice if the roles map contained both DisplayRole and EditRole.
This fixes the duplication.

headers (not including moc, rcc, uic, etc. steps or headersclean):

QtCore required a little manual adjusting because some files are
bootstrapped into moc itself and into qmake.

In QStringListModel, the display and the edit roles are synonyms,
so when one is changed, the other changes with it. However, in
setData() we only emitted a vector with just the role that was
passed in by the user.
Fix by always passing both roles, regardless of which one was used
to set the data.

- don't call QList::removeAt() in loop. Just call erase() with two iterators.
- don't re-evaluate QList::count() because of result is already cached.

These QPairs are larger than a void*, so holding them in QLists
is needlessly inefficient. Worse, the code could come to depend
on the fragile property of (inefficient) QLists that references
to elements therein never are invalidated.
Fix by holding them in QVector instead.

Qt copyrights are now in The Qt Company, so we could update the source
code headers accordingly. In the same go we should also fix the links to
point to qt.io.
Outdated header.LGPL removed (use header.LGPL21 instead)
Old header.LGPL3 renamed to header.LGPL3-COMM to match actual licensing
combination. New header.LGPL-COMM taken in the use file which were
using old header.LGPL3 (src/plugins/platforms/android/extract.cpp)
Added new header.LGPL3 containing Commercial + LGPLv3 + GPLv2 license

This change fixes most qdoc errors in QtCore. There are about 900 left.
The main thing this change does is moving documentation from qtcore from
/doc/src to /src/corelib/doc.
Other issues resolved are mis-use of qdoc commands.

line-number information, an extra blank line has been inserted at the
end of the license text to ensure that this commit does not change the
