We don't know which versions these blacklistings actually apply on
unless we actually get macOS 10.14 and 10.15 into the CI and running
tests, so let's start with that, and then granularize the blacklists
after that.

- Replace the usages of deprecated APIs by corresponding
alternatives in the library code and documentation.
- Build docs for deprecated APIs conditionally, based on deprecation
version. Remove the docs of methods deprecated since 5.0.0, these
methods are not compiled anymore.
- Modify the tests to make them build when deprecated APIs disabled:
* Make the the parts of the tests testing the deprecated APIs to
be compiled conditionally, only when the corresponding methods
are enabled.
* If the test-case tests only the deprecated API, but not the
corresponding replacement, add tests for the replacement

ultrix and reliant have not seen a release since 1995. dgux not since
2001. bsdi not since 2003. irix not since 2006. osf not since 2010.
dynix... unclear, but no later than 2002. symbian needs no mention.
All considered obsolete, all gone.
sco and unixware are effectively obsolete. Remove them until someone
expresses a real need.

Remove the member variable and instantiate only where needed
on the stack to prevent it from interfering with windows created
by other tests.
Remove flag Qt::X11BypassWindowManagerHint as it does not seem
to have any effect.

Given the flakyness of cursor positioning, loosen the check to only verify
that the cursor is outside the window. The hint is only active on Windows
depending on a system setting.

Don't cast a QDialog to a subclass it is not.
Fix by creating it as the required subclass in the
first place.

A dialog embedded into QGraphicsView has Qt::WA_DontShowOnScreen set
(similar to a native dialog). It must not trigger the modal handling
though as not to lock up.

They didn't show up in the "old" CI runs because they usually pass the second
time they are executed - which the testrunner does. The new CI doesn't do that
anymore, instead we now mark those tests explicitly and will track their record
of passing and failing in the new metrics database.

QCursor::setPos with Cocoa integration is calling CGEventPost. Some time is required
before the cursor position is really set, so we can not immediately call QCOMPARE.

When a dialog was parented on a native child widget,
its window handle was used as a transient parent.
This confused QPlatformWindow::initialGeometry() among
other things. Use top level window as is in Qt 4.

Using show() might result in showFullScreen() on some platforms,
so let's use setVisible(true) which has the same effect and seems

Since QPlatformTheme covers all dialogs whereas QPlatformDialogHelper is
really only for the native dialogs then the SnapToDefaultButton hint is
moved as it has relevance for all dialogs

Qt 5.0 beta requires changing the default to the 5.0 API, disabling
the deprecated code. However, tests should test (and often do) the

These tests have passed a parallel stress test on all three of Linux,
Mac, Windows. Mark them with CONFIG+=parallel_test to allow CI to run
them in parallel, saving time.
