The QComVariant RAII wrapper automates lifetime management of VARIANT
structures and elements that it contains. For example, it will
call IUnknown::AddRef if a COM interface is assigned to it. It will also
clear all held resources at destruction.

This base class implementation for COM objects provides IUnknown
interface implementation with reference counting which will allow to
keep all this functionality and implementation in the same place.
