The check to see if m_itemView is empty is already
included in the first condition, and the re-check in
the second condition is unnecessary.
eg: A | | (!A && B) is equivalent to A | | B.

These are all trivial: all are over (already or newly-made) const
local variables.
We don't have a mechanism to mark a subtree as Q_FOREACH-free, and
adding QT_NO_FOREACH to each executable is overkill, so we just have
to hope that no new uses are being introduced until we can mark the
whole QtBase module as Q_FOREACH-free.

Complete search and replace of QtTest and QtTest/QtTest with QTest, as
QtTest includes the whole module. Replace all such instances with

Various benchmarks were still using the deprecated timing API.
One didn't even *use* the timer it implemented this way.
One was just using start as a short-hand for assigning to currentTime().

This was used to support QFlags f = 0 initialization, but with 0 used
as a pointer literal now considered bad form, it had been changed many
places to QFlags f = nullptr, which is meaningless and confusing.
