Q_MOVABLE_TYPE was conceived before C++ had move semantics. Now, with
move semantics, its name is misleading. Q_RELOCATABLE_TYPE was
introduced as a synonym to Q_MOVABLE_TYPE. Usage of Q_MOVABLE_TYPE
is discouraged now. This patch replaces all usages of Q_MOVABLE_TYPE
by Q_RELOCATABLE_TYPE in QtBase. As the two are synonymous, this
patch should have no impact on users.

QComboBox::setItemDelegate() does delete the old delegate which is in
constrast to all other setItemDelegate() functions which is quite
confusing. Sync in by *not* deleting the delegate in
QComboBox::setItemDelegate() and adjust the documentation to explicitly
state that the ownership is *not* passed to the affected classes.
[ChangeLog][QtWidgets][QComboBox] QComobBox::setItemDelegates no longer
deletes the previous delegate set.

Since QStyledItemDelegate should be preferred over QItemDelegate the
documentation should point to QStyledItemDelegate instead.
Also mark some internal classes which derive from QItemDelegate so they
will not be forgotten during Qt6 porting.

WidgetMapper is larger than a void*, so holding it in QLists is
needlessly inefficient. Worse, the code could come to depend on the
fragile property of (inefficient) QLists that references to elements
therein never are invalidated.
Fix by holding it in a std::vector instead (tried QVector, too, but
that produced almost exactly 1KiB more text size). Adapt to std API.
There are a few changes in there which are not strictly necessary when
using std::vector, but were done as part of the port to QVector:
- dropping of WidgetMapper ctors (because QVector requires a default
ctor, and I didn't want to provide one manually),
- marking the type as movable (no effect with std::vector, but doesn't
hurt and keeps the next guy from wondering), and
- marking Private::flipEventFilters() const (to avoid a detach when
using ranged for loops).
Changes required by the port to std::vector:
- at() -> op[] (not strictly necessary, but expands to less code even
when compiling, as QtWidgets is, without exception support),
- append() -> push_back()
Saves 40B in text size on optimized GCC 6.1 Linux AMD64 builds (for
comparison: QVector had 1240B more than QList).

code headers accordingly. In the same go we should also fix the links to

QList<WidgetMapper>::takeLast() is a needlessly expensive operation
(involves copying a QPersistentModelIndex and a QPointer).
Instead of looping over takeLast() until empty, reverse-iterate
over the list and call removeEventFilter(), then clear the whole
list.
We reverse-iterate to preserve existing behavior. Also, since the
original code popped the WidgetMapper instance before calling
removeEventFilter(), we move the whole list into a local copy
before iterating. There's little chance that a removeEventFilter()
call will cause reentrancy into QDataWidgetMapper, but better safe
than sorry.
This and the previous change together save 448 bytes of text size in
libQt5Widgets.

The QSet<int> is a more expensive container to use and create, so
it should be avoided.
This is source incompatible compared to earlier Qt 5 for
QAbstractItemView subclasses which reimplement dataChanged, but this
patch changes nothing compared to already-present SiC compared
to Qt 4.
