a SPDX-License-Identifier.
Files that have to be modified by hand are modified.
License files are organized under LICENSES directory.

The new modular configuration system requires one global
header per module, that is included by all other files in
this module.
A similar scheme and naming convention is already being used
for many other modules (e.g. printsupport, qml, quick).
That header will later on #include the configuration file
for Qt Gui. For now it defines the Q_GUI_EXPORT macro for
this library.
In addition, add a private global header, qtguiglobal_p.h,
that can later on include the private config header for
Qt Gui for things we don't want to export to the world.

This property allows a convenient way of getting notified about changes in
the input item clipped rectangle, similar to QIM::cursorRectangle().

* QPlatformInputContext::setSelectionOnFocusObject()
This will be used for determining how to display selection handles.

... except if the function is a ctor, callers pass rvalues,
and the type has a fast move ctor. In that case, keep passing
by-value and qMove() into place.

Qt copyrights are now in The Qt Company, so we could update the source
code headers accordingly. In the same go we should also fix the links to
point to qt.io.
Outdated header.LGPL removed (use header.LGPL21 instead)
Old header.LGPL3 renamed to header.LGPL3-COMM to match actual licensing
combination. New header.LGPL-COMM taken in the use file which were
using old header.LGPL3 (src/plugins/platforms/android/extract.cpp)
Added new header.LGPL3 containing Commercial + LGPLv3 + GPLv2 license
combination

Currently, inputMethodQuery() only provides information about the
current paragraph. On some platforms, such as Android, the input method
needs information about the global cursor position, and more of the
surrounding text. Some queries need to pass parameters.
The current inputmethodQuery() implementation does not allow parameters to
be passed. Changing this would require new or modified virtual functions, which
is not possible until Qt 6. Therefore, a completely new mechanism is needed.

Put the functions in QT_DEPRECATED_SINCE if possible
QPluginLoader::staticInstances is not documented as deprecated, and do
not reference any alternative use. So I unmarked it as deprecated.

QInputMethod better describes what the class is about, input methods
in general, be they panels or just composing input from key events.
Compatability headers added for old name. Not bulletproof but should be
enough to get transition done.
