Thiago Macieira dae087b30f Avoid one extra if_indextoname per address in QNetworkInterface
Given an IPv6 address associated with a network interface, there's a
fairly high chance (of 100%) that any scope ID found is that of the
interface.

Thiago Macieira 7a3653887c Remove unused socket from QNetworkInterface Unix code
This must be a relic from old code, before I split out the code that
uses getifaddrs from the code that doesn't.

Axel Waggershauser b11317a643 Whitespace cleanup: remove trailing whitespace
Remove all trailing whitespace from the following list of files:
*.cpp *.h *.conf *.qdoc *.pro *.pri *.mm *.rc *.pl *.qps *.xpm *.txt *README
excluding 3rdparty, test-data and auto generated code.

Note A): the only non 3rdparty c++-files that still
have trailing whitespace after this change are:
* src/corelib/codecs/cp949codetbl_p.h
* src/corelib/codecs/qjpunicode.cpp
* src/corelib/codecs/qbig5codec.cpp
* src/corelib/xml/qxmlstream_p.h
* src/tools/qdoc/qmlparser/qqmljsgrammar.cpp
* src/tools/uic/ui4.cpp
* tests/auto/other/qtokenautomaton/tokenizers/*
* tests/benchmarks/corelib/tools/qstring/data.cpp
* util/lexgen/tokenizer.cpp

Note B): in about 30 files some overlapping 'leading tab' and
'TAB character in non-leading whitespace' issues have been fixed
to make the sanity bot happy. Plus some general ws-fixes here
and there as asked for during review.

Shane Kearns b72c8dd8a2 Include scope ids in QHostAddress from QNetworkInterface
The scope ID is a required part of the address for link local
addresses (to solve the problem of the same link local address
being created by two machines on different networks).
It is required to send packets to a link local address on Mac and
Windows, although Linux multicasts if scope is missing.

Jason McDonald 5635823e17 Remove "All rights reserved" line from license headers.
As in the past, to avoid rewriting various autotests that contain
line-number information, an extra blank line has been inserted at the
end of the license text to ensure that this commit does not change the
total number of lines in the license header.

Craig Scott 0ebe0414d2 Fix incorrect hardware address on systems without getifaddrs()
On unix systems for which QT_NO_GETIFADDRS is defined, the way that the
hardware address field is extracted from the result of a call to
qt_safe_ioctl() is incorrect. The address of the ifreq.ifr_addr struct
is taken rather than the appropriate member within that struct, sa_data,
resulting in a memory offset and subsequently the hardware address has
garbage in the first two of six fields. This commit modifies the code
to pass the sa_data member instead of the address of the struct as a
whole.
