Some tests in corelib/kernel need threading support, but they are not
guarded against compilation if Qt is built without threading.
Such tests have been disabled in this case.

QCoreApplication::installTranslator() does not take ownership of the
QTranslator. The QTranslator dtor removes itself from QCoreApplication
again.

In case of
QTranslator translator;
translator.load("somedir/file.qm");
and file.qm being a meta catalog file, the sub-catalogs in somedir
couldn't be located, unless "somedir" was set as second argument.

Remove the qmake project files for most of Qt.
Leave the qmake project files for examples, because we still test those
in the CI to ensure qmake does not regress.
Also leave the qmake project files for utils and other minor parts that
lack CMake project files.

Remove around 1000 compiler warnings about missing overrides
in our auto tests.
This significantly reduce the compiler warning noise in our auto
tests, so that one can actually better see the real problems
inbetween.

This allows for instance to show the current UI language in the UI,
or to load additional translations that match the .qm file by other
means.
This is especially useful in the case of QTranslator::load(QLocale(),
...), in which case different language and country combinations might
be tried.
Another option is to inspect the file name via QTranslator::filePath();
however, this is more error-prone, and might also miss information
(if the .qm file name doesn't have a country suffix, or no suffix at
all).

CMake doesn't support removing subdirectories therefore one need to
convert all removal to conditional adds. The resulting code doesn't
win a beauty contest. That is because handle_subdir works on already
processed strings which means it doesn't have access to the boolean
operations. As such it can not minimize the expressions, but it works
and in the most simple cases it is pretty good.
The patch re-generates CMakeLists.txt under tests/auto/corelib/kernel
excluding qcoreapplication, qmetatype, qmimedata, qobject, qtimer,
which are suffering from unrelated problems, like for example Gui,
pthread linkage issues.

Do not return false for loading an empty .qm file - that is, a valid
file without any translations. We're already shipping empty .qm
files for English translations of Qt since a while, mainly as a
stop for the QTranslator::load(const QLocale &, ...) logic.
Note that QCoreApplication::installTranslator() will still return
false for an empty translation file - which is ok, because it
arguably does not make much sense to install it.
[ChangeLog][QtCore][QTranslator] It is now possible to load qm files
without any translations. This is particularly useful for the
language the untranslated strings are written in; logic to
load translations can now handle the source language like all
other languages.

The Embedded Android build (Boot to Qt Android injection) is defined by
having both Q_OS_ANDROID and Q_OS_ANDROID_EMBEDDED flags defined,
as well as having Qt config android-embedded.
This commit enables the possibility to build embedded Android builds.
(i.e. Qt build for Android baselayer only, without JNI)

Qt 5.0 beta requires changing the default to the 5.0 API, disabling

This is accomplished by introducing dependencies to catalogs.
This requires one API change:
QTranslator::load(const uchar *, int);
changes to
QTranslator::load(const uchar*, int len,
const QString &directory = QString());
Since now, even the load from memory might need a directory if
the memory block contains a qm file with dependencies.

In .pro files, removed wince/symbian-specific DEPLOYMENT cases and
replaced them with TESTDATA where appropriate.
In .cpp files, removed SRCDIR and relative paths to testdata and
replaced them with the QFINDTESTDATA macro where appropriate.
Modified test helper apps/libs to install themselves under the test
they relate to.
This change allows corelib tests to be correctly installed, along with
their testdata, via `make install'.
