QWindowsXPStylePrivate maintains a list of theme handles for various
style items. The derived class QWindowsVistaStylePrivate had logic
to use a special helper window with the "explorer" window theme set to
obtain the correct treeview arrow branch indicator (arrow shape for Vista as
opposed to '+'/'-' on Windows XP) when creating the "TREEVIEW" theme.
This required calling the helper function
QWindowsVistaStylePrivate::initTreeViewTheming() before
QWindowsXPStylePrivate::createTheme(), which is prone to errors and
initialization order issues.
This could be solved by making QWindowsXPStylePrivate::createTheme()
virtual or similar, but since it the fate of QWindowsXPStylePrivate is most likely
to be merged into QWindowsVistaStylePrivate; it was decided to move
the entire special handling of the Vista treeviews into
QWindowsXPStylePrivate. The existing enumeration value
QWindowsXPStylePrivate::TreeViewTheme is renamed to
QWindowsXPStylePrivate::XpTreeViewTheme and a new value
QWindowsXPStylePrivate::VistaTreeViewTheme is added for which
QWindowsXPStylePrivate::createTheme() invokes the special handling.
This also removes the need to destroy the helper window in unpolish(),
which should save some initializations.

Avoid rounding errors, thus preventing sizes becoming

Where, by dropping the << Q_FUNC_INFO in ostream-style qDebug(), only

We use menus to implement the ComboBox popup in QtQuick Controls,
and therefore, all the items are actual menu items. If that's the
case, we can skip the new style background.

In WindowsVista style and later the sort indicator is placed above the
text as opposed to alongside it. Therefore the extra space given is moved
to the common style allowing styles that have it placed differently to
easily ensure it is not included.

The old code tried to check the 2nd parent for inheritance from
QAbstractItemView. This also triggers for line edits on a QDialog parented
on the item view. Introduce convenience function that checks for

In QtQuick Controls, we draw the full menubar background and the menubar
items on top. Unless in a particular state, there's no need to draw the
background or it may overlap with the menubar edge.

The gutter position was hardcoded to 28 which fits when drawing
on the QMenu with a left margin of 3. It became offset when drawing
on a custom widget with no margin. Calculate position relative
to margin for left to right.

If XPThemeData::noContent is set to true, the SpinBox from
QtQuickControls renders with transparent background, which is being
workarounded by simply adding white rectangle inside the QQC SpinBox,
which in turn breaks other themes.
This works in normal widget's QStyle because the spinbox there
is drawn with a frameless QLineEdit, which fills the background.
Setting XPThemeData::noContent to false for QtQuick items only makes the
QQC SpinBox render correctly with Windows Vista style.

On Windows 8 it would end up changing the look of the QLineEdit when the
mouse hovered over it even though it was not enabled. None of the
Windows platforms show the lineedit changing when hovered over if it is
disabled so we can skip the whole thing.

The purpose of PE_Frame is to draw the frame, not the background. The
old code tried to check whether a custom base brush was set, and
otherwise let the theme draw the background. That didn't work together
with CSS background images. This change removes the background drawing
from PE_Frame, and let's PE_Widget to draw the background using the
base brush that defaults to a color fetched from the theme.
