Adjusting the QPrinter test case - some use cases no longer exist, or are
already tested in QPageSize and QPageLayout tests.
Adjust examples and manual tests.

Some of the methods are overrides of virtuals in QPagedPaintDevice, so document
and mark those as obsolete as well.
Adjust code that calls those APIs to use the recommended replacement.

This fixes a problem with the margins not being correctly respected as the
functions introduced previously would set a different property to what was
being queried in this case.

Qt copyrights are now in The Qt Company, so we could update the source
code headers accordingly. In the same go we should also fix the links to
point to qt.io.
Outdated header.LGPL removed (use header.LGPL21 instead)
Old header.LGPL3 renamed to header.LGPL3-COMM to match actual licensing
combination. New header.LGPL-COMM taken in the use file which were
using old header.LGPL3 (src/plugins/platforms/android/extract.cpp)
Added new header.LGPL3 containing Commercial + LGPLv3 + GPLv2 license
combination

Classes should either use or not use override, otherwise it hurts
code readability.
Some inline keywords were removed because of an error with MSVC2010:
error C2216: 'override' cannot be used with 'inline'

As in the past, to avoid rewriting various autotests that contain
line-number information, an extra blank line has been inserted at the
end of the license text to ensure that this commit does not change the
total number of lines in the license header.

under the QtWidgets module in the documentation. The
QtPrintSupport classes should now be under the QtPrintSupport
module in the documentation.

Create a libQtPrintSupport library that contains our current
printing infrastructure. Long term this will get replaced
with a libQtPrint, as the current architecture is not
really maintainable.
