Alexandru Croitor 403213240c CMake: Regenerate projects to use new qt_internal_ API 
Modify special case locations to use the new API as well.
Clean up some stale .prev files that are not needed anymore.

Mårten Nordheim d40f88e8d2 QDecompressHelper: Introduce zstd support

intended ordering since the ordering is used to signify priority.

Mårten Nordheim 07b008425a Privately introducing QDecompressHelper for network purposes 
To support streaming decompression in QNAM.
Will also be used to refactor existing decompression code in QNAM.
