sqlite 3.8.5 supports Windows Phone 8.1. Make required
adaptations and add it to the default build.
For WinRT and Windows Phone the QSqlQueryModel unit-test
fails, both with plugin compiled and using the system
sqlite. Root cause seems to be deep inside sqlite, hoping
for a fix soon. However, all other tests pass and hence we
should enable it.

_QNX_SOURCE needs to be defined in order to ensure posix_fallocate gets

Testing feature macros is not enough for uclibc. Fixes build of the built-in
sqlite3 with uclibc <= 0.9.33.2. Later versions will have posix_fallocate().

Enable SQLITE_ENABLE_FTS3 SQLITE_ENABLE_FTS3_PARENTHESIS SQLITE_ENABLE_RTREE
by default on all platforms. These options were previously enabled in Ubuntu,
Nokia N9 and in some mobile devices.
