Laszlo Agocs e36c1a8d84 rhi: Add support for resolving depth-stencil
Add setDepthResolveTexture(). Should work similarly to the color
attachments' resolveTexture, but for depth or depth-stencil.

However, this is another fragmented feature.

- D3D11/12:

Not supported. AFAICS multisample resolve (ResolveSubresource) is just
not supported for depth or depth-stencil formats.

- Vulkan:

Not supported with Vulkan 1.0.

Supported with Vulkan 1.1 and the two extensions.
(VK_KHR_depth_stencil_resolve which in turn requires
VK_KHR_create_renderpass2 since the 1.0 structs are not extensible, so
now need to use VkRenderPassCreateInfo2 and all the '2' structs)

In Vulkan 1.2 the above are in core, without the KHR suffix, but we
cannot just use that because our main target, the Quest 3 (Android) is
Vulkan 1.1. So 1.2 and up is ignored for now and we always look for
the 1.1 KHR extensions.

The depth resolve filter is forced for SAMPLE_0. AVG seems to be
supported on desktop (NVIDIA) at least, but that's not guaranteed, so
would need physical device support checks. On the Quest 3 it does not
seem to be supported. And in any case, other APIs such as Metal do not
have an AVG filter mode at all, so just use SAMPLE_0 always.

- OpenGL (not ES):

Should work, both when the multisample data is a renderbuffer and a
texture. Relies on glBlitFramebuffer with filter NEAREST. What it does
internally, with regards to the depth/stencil resolve mode, is not under
our control.

- OpenGL ES:

Should work when the multisample buffer is a texture. But it will not
work when a multisample renderbuffer (setDepthStencilBuffer, not
setDepthTexture) is used because the GLES-only multisample extensions
(GL_EXT_multisampled_render_to_texture,
GL_OVR_multiview_multisampled_render_to_texture, which we prefer over
the explicit resolve-based approach) work with textures only.

- Metal:

Should work.

Tinja Paavoseppä 6ff88f97a6 Android: Add preliminary support for child windows
Update the manual test case for embedded windows to have
native window on Android.

There are still some sharp corners, for example:

* The windows are implemented with SurfaceViews, which makes
z-ordering with multiple of them a bit tricky. The Surfaces
they instantiate are basically z-ordered to either be below
everything, with a hole punched in the window, or on top of
everything, with the Surfaces created later on top of the
ones created earlier. Also, with the foreign views it looks
like the native view is on top of the Surface, because it
is created later. And since the child windows create their
Surfaces before the parent, they would be behind the parent
window, currently circumventing this with letting the
parent be z-ordered behind everything, and the children
on top of everything. A follow up commit addresses this by
changing the native view class to TextureView when multiple
  windows are present.
* Parent window always gets the touch events - fixed in
  a follow up commit
* If a child window has a text edit, it does not receive
  focus when clicking on it

They are used when an icon is constructed via QIcon::fromTheme, unless
an application-defined theme provides the requested icon. Update the

For now we don't provide a way to "opt out". This might change,
depending on the feedback during the Qt 6.7 beta phase.

[ChangeLog][QtGui][QIcon] Qt now has implementations of native icon
engines for macOS, iOS, Windows 10, Windows 11, and Android. These
engines provide access to the native icon libraries and fonts, mapping
standard icons to the corresponding native icon asset. Icons from
application-defined themes take precedence, but the last-resort fallback
icon passed as the second parameter into the
QIcon::fromTheme(QString, QIcon) overload is only used if the icon is
not available from the native library. See the QIcon documentation for
details.

Volker Hilsheimer f54393ba70 Add initial implementation of an Android icon engine
Try to use the Downloadable Font APIs from AndroidX to download the
Material Symbols font. This would ideally allow us to add the official
icon variations dynamically to the device's font cache.

This works for several fonts from Google Fonts, but not for the fonts
we need. So, for the time being, add a path where we consult the
resource system for an embedded font file as well. Then an application
can add e.g. the font file for the desired icons variation, and Qt will
use those glyphs to render icons. Do this in the manual test, using
cmake's FetchContent feature to download the font from Googlei's github
repository.

The incomplete mapping is based on the standard Material icons
documentation at https://fonts.google.com/icons. We could in theory use
the `codepoints` file that comes with the font files to create the
mapping, but then we'd end up with platform specific icon names.

Volker Hilsheimer 5ae6355487 Add initial implementation of macOS and iOS icon theme implementations
From macOS 13 on, AppKit provides an API to get a scalable system image
from a symbolic icon name. We can map those icon names to the XDG-based
icon names we support in Qt, and render the NSImage with palette-based
coloring when needed, in an appropriate scale.
On iOS, we can use the equivalent UIKit APIs. Coloring functionality is
only available from iOS 15 on.

Implement a QAppleIconEngine that does that in its scaledPixmap
implementation. Use basic caching to store a single QPixmap version of
the native vector image. We regenerate the pixmap whenever a different
size, mode, or state is requested.

Add a manual test for browsing all icons we can get from the various Qt
APIs that: standard icons and pixmaps from QStyle, QPlatformTheme, and
QIcon::fromTheme, in addition to showing all icon variations for a
single QIcon.

Piotr Wierciński d544c0ff58 wasm tests: Fix and clean manual Selenium test
Remove obsolete parent_window_limits_moves_of_children test of moving
child window in parent. Child windows no longer have decorations,
therefore they cannot be dragged by a title bar.
Fix child_window_activation test, which now uses correct coordinates
to probe for stacked windows.

Shawn Rutledge 83b592346b Modify the MDI manual test to allow multiple views of same document
- editing same document in different views is possible? yes
- resizing one QTextEdit calls QTextDocument::setTextWidth(), which
affects the width in the other view too. You can resize either one,
but you can't have two views with different layouts, of course.

Added a categorized log message in QTextDocument::setTextWidth()
for a sanity check.

Morten Sørvig fde6bdfc5a wasm: add QIODevices for accessing JS data
BlobIoDevice: Supports reading data from a JS Blob,
which can be a File (on disk) or some other object
which can provide data. The native access functions
are async and using this class requires that asyncify
is available.

Uint8ArrayIODevice: Supports reading and writing to
a Uint8Array / ArrayBuffer. Similar to the existing
QByteArray::fromEcmaUint8Array() API, except that it
supports incremental accesss.

The format is changed from 6.7 to support more than UINT32_MAX - 1
elements. The format used to have a quint32 size. Now if the size is
larger or equal to 0xfffffffe (2^32 -2) the old size is an extend
value 0xfffffffe followed by one quint64 with the actual value. The
32 bit size with all bits set is still used as null value.
