This allows code to, amongst other things, use the latest compiled
QDataStream version in static const variables, where previously the
only alternative was to hard-code the version (and update it with every
Qt version bump) or use QDataStream().version(), which is not allowed
because it increases Qt's startup time.

The Qt::OffsetFromUtc TimeSpec was made public in Qt 4.4 but the access
methods were never made public in the apidox effectively meaning the
feature was never used. The implementation was also incomplete and
inconsistent.
This change cleans up the implementation and exports new public API for
using the TimeSpec using new method names consistent with the new
QTimeZone support.
This change increases the QDataStream Version number for Qt 5.2 to 15.
The behavior of one constructor has changed slightly to be consistent
with the rest of the feature, but this behavior was never documented.
[ChangeLog][QtCore][QDateTime] Fully implement support for Qt::TimeSpec
of Qt::OffsetFromUTC, added new methods for offsetFromUTC(),
toTimeSpec(), and toOffsetFromUTC().

In Qt 5, I managed to break the guarantee that a deserialised local
datetime is the same time of day (potentially different UTC time),
regardless of which timezone it was serialised in. This happened after
I fixed QTBUG-4057 with If650e7960dca7b6ab44b8233410a6369c41df73a,
which serialised datetimes as UTC.
This patch reverts QDateTime serialisation to pre-Qt 5 behaviour to
restore the guarantee and consequently re-opens QTBUG-4057.

We seem to have two tables. That's a bad idea, but they are there.
I won't add Qt 5.1 until we're certain that the datastream isn't
changing. It's preferable to lack information than to show the wrong
value.

When the floating-point behavior in MSVC is set to "precise" (default),
assigning nan numbers to a float causes the bit pattern to be altered
(only affects 32bit builds). We should therefore not assign the swapped
value back to a float and use it.

The main thing this change does is moving documentation from qtcore from
/doc/src to /src/corelib/doc.

Remove the -armfpa option the config.tests/unix/doubleformat*
detection. The places where we used QT_ARMFPA and Q_DOUBLE_FORMAT
has been removed as well.
Rationale: ARM FPA with GCC does not work with EABI. Qt currently
does not support compiling without EABI, making ARM FPA an
impossibility. It is unknown whether other compilers provide ARM FPA
support with EABI. Support for ARM FPA can be re-added in the future
should the need arise, but since ARM VFP is available for ARMv5 and up,
we should encourage implementors to instead use soft-floats or VFP.

There is no reason to keep two separated core types sets. It
couldn't be fixed before Qt5 because of binary compatibility promise.
This patch merges QMetaType core types with ext core types.
This "simple" operation consists of:
- QDataStream version was incremented, because type ids are
saved in QVariant's data stream.
- QMetaType LastExtCoreType and FirstExtCoreType were replaced by
LastCoreType, FirstCoreType and new QMetaType::HighestInternalId.
- New tests checking QVariant data stream for Qt4 and for Qt5 versions
were added.
