They do exactly what the compiler-generated ones would do,
but their presence inhibits the move special member function
from being synthesized.

QReg*Exp*s can be compared for equality,
so qHash should be overloaded, too.
There was a (poor) private implementation of qHash(QRegExpEngineKey)
already, which has now been replaced with a better one (the old one
didn't take into account all the fields that make up equality,
producing unnecessary collisions).

Qt copyrights are now in The Qt Company, so we could update the source
code headers accordingly. In the same go we should also fix the links to
point to qt.io.

Unify the behavior of the different operator<< by always using
QDebugStateSaver (appending an optional space at exit), and making
sure that the space(), nospace() setting isn't 'leaked'.

The qdoc manual currently claims that the command must stand on its own line.

A (probable) typo was causing the code dealing with anchors
to use uninitialized values. This used to work by chance, but was
indeed detected by Valgrind f.i. when running tst_qregexp --
the indexIn test on anc11 data reported:

This reverts commit 75a0c7f9b5. The
source-incompatible change proved to be more trouble than it's
worth. Too much intrusion into the porting effort of applications for
no appreciable gain, especially considering that we have a replacement
class.

These methods modify QRegExp internals and should not have been
const. It's actually dangerous to have them const, since users may
think it's safe to use the matching method in a thread-safe manner.

The main thing this change does is moving documentation from qtcore from
/doc/src to /src/corelib/doc.

Those escape sequences have a special meaning in the XML Schema 1.1
regular expressions, but not in Perl-compatible ones.
An escape sequence that has no special meaning should match the
escaped character itself; this patch fixes QRegExp's behaviour in
that regard (previously, it added a character class matching
nothing).

QBasicMutex is a POD and can be used as a static global object.
in qpicture.cpp factoryLoader is used only once, and under the mutex, so
there is no need for Q_GLOBAL_STATIC for it, it can be a function static
in qhostinfo_unix.cpp the code seemed wrong while compiled with
namespace and QT_NO_GETADDRINFO. I also could get rid of one include
because it was included earlier.

Fix a couple of cases where WildcardUnix was not matching when the
string was just [] or ended with a \.
The testWildcardEscaping() test has been extended to account for these
two cases too.

removing the NoCategory enum value caused all category flags to change.
not an issue for qchar where they were used properly, but an issue for qregexp
where the hardcoded values were used instead.
the `all_cats` could be set to `FLAG(QChar::Symbol_Other + 1) - 1` which is shorter,
but I don't want hardcode the values in order to avoid similar issues in he future
