The test assumed that dialog.move() would actually move
the dialog box to the requested location, which is an invalid
assumption on Wayland.
Since the objective of the test is not to check if move() works
this way, but to check whether the dialog box shows up in the
same location when it is re-shown, we actually fetch the pos
after showing it the first time, rather than assume this is the
same as the requested one.

A resize event delivered after closing the platform window
was causing the stored frame margins to be cleared.
Bail out of QWidgetWindow::updateMargins() if the
platform window is null.

Remove around 1000 compiler warnings about missing overrides
in our auto tests.
This significantly reduce the compiler warning noise in our auto
tests, so that one can actually better see the real problems
inbetween.

Remove QDestopWidget public header, simplify the implementation that
maintains a Qt::Desktop type QWidget for each QScreen, and turn
QWidget's initial target screen into a QScreen pointer.
QApplication::desktop() now takes an optional QScreen pointer, and
returns a QWidget pointer, so that applications and widgets can get
access to the root widget for a specific screen without having to
resort to private APIs.
QDesktopWidgetPrivate implementations to look up a screen for an index,
widget, or point are now all inline functions that thinly wrap
QGuiApplication::screens/screenAt calls. We should consider adding those
as convenience APIs to QScreen instead.
Note that QWidget::screen is assumed to return a valid pointer; there is
code that handles the case that it returns nullptr (but also code that
trusts that it never is nullptr), so this needs to be defined, verified
with tests, and asserted. We can then simplify the code further.

- Replace the usages of deprecated APIs by corresponding
alternatives in the library code and documentation.
- Build docs for deprecated APIs conditionally, based on deprecation
version. Remove the docs of methods deprecated since 5.0.0, these
methods are not compiled anymore.
- Modify the tests to make them build when deprecated APIs disabled:
* Make the the parts of the tests testing the deprecated APIs to
be compiled conditionally, only when the corresponding methods

ultrix and reliant have not seen a release since 1995. dgux not since
2001. bsdi not since 2003. irix not since 2006. osf not since 2010.
dynix... unclear, but no later than 2002. symbian needs no mention.
All considered obsolete, all gone.
sco and unixware are effectively obsolete. Remove them until someone
expresses a real need.

QCursor::setPos with Cocoa integration is calling CGEventPost. Some time is required
before the cursor position is really set, so we can not immediately call QCOMPARE.

When a dialog was parented on a native child widget,
its window handle was used as a transient parent.
This confused QPlatformWindow::initialGeometry() among
other things. Use top level window as is in Qt 4.

- Rename posFromMove to posIncludesFrame in Widgets and
make the handling more fine-grained; try to clean it up
as soon as the frame margins are known
in QWidgetPrivate::fixPosIncludesFrame().
- Implement QWidgetPrivate::updateFrameStrut().
- Windows: Handle posIncludesFrame in window creation,
notify changed geometry after setting window flags.
- XCB: Do not change the window gravity in propagateSizeHint()
as this causes the window to jump around. Determine
the gravity in window creation, leave it constant and
fix the geometry when setting instead.
- Store the normal geometry when maximize/fullscreen
state change events are received.
- Remove xfails from fixed tests
