Moving them into QPlatformDialogHelper for the convenience of both
widgets and QtQuick.Dialogs. The main reason is to ensure that
QtQuick.Dialogs does not need to depend on the widgets module, in
order to re-implement the button box concept in a generic dialog.

Press and hold is an interaction available on many platforms,
particularly when touch is involved. In Qt Quick this is exposed to the
user via MouseArea::onPressAndHold. This value should not be hard-coded,
but rather use a platform-specified default. This commit adds the
low-level hooks necessary for that to happen.

Since QPlatformTheme covers all dialogs whereas QPlatformDialogHelper is
really only for the native dialogs then the SnapToDefaultButton hint is
moved as it has relevance for all dialogs

This allows platforms to dynamically alter their keyboard
shortcuts, for example if they are user-configurable on that
platform. Current behavior remains the same.
QEvent previously used the hardcoded values in QKeySequencePrivate so
this was modified to use QKeySequence::keyBindings().
In order to keep the speed of QEvent's former binary search, we moved
this code to QPlatformTheme::keyBindings(), making it faster for all
keyBinding lookups.
As we now need to search by StandardKey instead of by shortcut the list
is reordered and a test is changed to reflect that.

Folders can have a custom icon, set by the user. Some system
folders also have one, for example c:\windows\fonts.
This option allows you to disable this behavior, you'll get the
folder directory icon.
As a side-effect, you'll get a very big performance improvement
on removable/network media: 2 seconds vs 60 seconds on a SDCard
with 10000 folders.

By default we still use QIconLoaderEngine but now platform theme plugins
have the opportunity to override that. It is in particular planned to be
used in a WIP platform theme plugin for KDE sessions.

The basic idea is that the platform theme is now responsible for
providing the pixmaps for the given standard name, or any file or
directory. Then, the QStyle implementation should query the platform
theme for the pixmaps, and build the icons accordingly using
ThemeHint::IconPixmapSizes. Same thing for QFileIconProvider. This
also opens future support for getting platform dependent pixmaps in
QtQuick components.
Also includes the implementation for the Cocoa (QCocoaTheme) and
Windows (QWindowsTheme) platform plugins.

Added ThemeHint::TabAllWidgets as a mean to access that platform
specific bool. The default implementation returns always true when
querying QPlatformTheme::themeHint().
Several auto-tests had to be updated to reflect for qt_tab_all_widgets'
type change. One XFAIL removed from tst_QApplication::focusChanged().

Currently, most of the QStyleHint-values are potentially
configureable by the user in certain desktop environments.
Add them to the QPlatformTheme and query the theme first.
Keep the values in QPlatformIntegration such that simple
integrations that do not implement themes are not forced
to implement them to change the values.

Implement QPlatformSystemTrayIcon providing QPA-plugin-support for
system tray icons. Make QSystemTrayIcon use this as new backend.
Ported over qsystemtrayicon_mac.mm to qcocoasystemtrayicon.mm to provide
Cocoa support for the new interface. It had to be changed to match the
interface, especially for icon and menu handling.
This interface is made to not use QStyle or QMenu which are related
classes of QSystemTrayIcon. It's therefore not introducing QtWidget
dependency into the platform plugin.
