When saving to a QIODevice, QImage and QImageWriter will automatically
deduct the file format from the filename if it determines that the
device is a QFile. That did not work for a QSaveFile device. Fix by
using the common ancestor, QFileDevice, in the implementation.

Don't do gamma correction at image decoding time, it can be a whole
lot more than just a simple gamma function, so it is better to use
QColorSpace and QColorTransform.

QImageWriter's plugin can open devices while operating and only free
them on destruction which means that if one wants to act on the file
written if must first destroy the writer's instance. This patch adds
the suggestion to use a scope to avoid that problem.

Before asking a image format handler to save an image, QImageWriter
sets the value of all supported options. For options like quality and
gamma, the default value is an illegal value (-1 and 0.0 resp.),
effectively telling the handler that the application has not requested
any particular value. But in the case of compressionratio, the default
was 0, a legal value. Fix by changing it to -1.

This is not a bug in QImageWriter, but caller code. We should be
explicit about what the problem was so it can be fixed.

For instance, if we are passed a QFile to a path that does not exist, being told
"No such file or directory" is significantly more useful than being told

Our handling of plugins when Qt is build statically is
nowadays good enough, so we don't need to build the
JPEG and GIF support directly into Qt for static builds.
Let's simply always build them as plugins.
Also simplify the logic in configure, and get rid of the
no-gif, no-jpeg and no-png config variables.
[ChangelLog][Build system] JPEG and GIF image support is now
always built as a plugin. Removed -imageformat-[jpeg|gif]
arguments to configure.

Q(Multi)Map::keys() returns duplicated keys, so keys().size() will
always be the same as the map's size().
So use that directly instead of creating temporary QLists to check
the size.

Make it possible to read images with EXIF orientation automatically
applied. This was originally implemented without opt-out in Qt 5.4, but
reverted. Here it is implemented as opt-in for JPEG, and opt-out for TIFF
to keep behavioral consistency.
The EXIF support for JPEG was written by Rainer Keller.
[ChangeLog][QtGui][Image plugins] An option has been added to
QImageReader to enable automatic application of EXIF orientation.
This behavior was default in Qt 5.4.1, but reverted in Qt 5.4.2.

Exposes two options from libjpeg: the optimize option and progressive scan option.
These are both lossless operations, so they do not change the image's quality.
Using these switches can result in smaller jpeg files.

The code populated QSets with some strings and went
on to copy the values to QLists. Since QSet is unordered_set, those
lists were not sorted, so the code did that manually.
Since QSet is a node-based container and not even an ordered one,
the code pays a hefty price just for ensuring uniqueness of values
prior to sorting.
The new code just crams everything into lists, duplicates and all,
then sorts the lists and only then removes duplicates using
std::unique.
Saves 3376B in text size on Linux AMD64 GCC 4.9-trunk release
stripped QtGui.
