Qt copyrights are now in The Qt Company, so we could update the source
code headers accordingly. In the same go we should also fix the links to
point to qt.io.
Outdated header.LGPL removed (use header.LGPL21 instead)
Old header.LGPL3 renamed to header.LGPL3-COMM to match actual licensing
combination. New header.LGPL-COMM taken in the use file which were
using old header.LGPL3 (src/plugins/platforms/android/extract.cpp)
Added new header.LGPL3 containing Commercial + LGPLv3 + GPLv2 license
combination

Associate a 0-context with the window if IME is disabled, store
this state as a flag to QWindowsWindow. Associate default context
again when enabled window gains focus.

Add a capability enumeration to QPlatformInputContext and
use that to turn off input methods for hidden text depending
on platform support. Disable on Windows.

Introduce logging categories and change most debug statements
to qCDebug().
Retrieve the filter rules from the environment variable
QT_QPA_VERBOSE (should be removed once the logging framework
offers a more convenient way of configuring).
Replace the old per-category variables controlling verboseness
of the output by a single variable which can be set on the command
line.

QDoc now has support for Doxygen style commands for italics, bold
and list items. This change applies that change in QDoc to the
actual documentation.

QInputMethod better describes what the class is about, input methods
in general, be they panels or just composing input from key events.
Compatability headers added for old name. Not bulletproof but should be
enough to get transition done.

As in the past, to avoid rewriting various autotests that contain
line-number information, an extra blank line has been inserted at the
end of the license text to ensure that this commit does not change the
total number of lines in the license header.

There is no longer a focusObject setter/getter in the input context.
Instead the object can be gotten from the new input panel API. Instead
of reimplementing setFocusObject(), implementations should now connect
to the inputItemChanged() signal of QInputPanel.
