Move the code that sends geometry change events from
QWindowsIntegration::createPlatformWindow() to
QWindowsWindow::initialize(), using the obtained geometry
from the creation context. Drop the check for window flags
since they are not changed.

Sometimes AppKit will pass in a proposed size that's smaller than the
geometry of the screen. We don't know why, but shouldn't assert.

The QWindow::create method calls createPlatformWindow, and assigns the
result to d->platformWindow. If the platform sends any sort of events
synchronously during the creation, the event will be delivered to a
QWindow that doesn't have a handle() yet, resulting in noop handling
of the event, or crashes.
To mitigate this situations, platforms should do as little a possible
in the QPlatformWindow constructor, and leave initialization to the
new method, where the QWindow will have a handle().
The macOS platform plugin still has a m_initialized guard, to prevent
sending geometry changes during initialization, as this will result
in a resize event before a show event. This forced behavior seems
dubious, but is left for a followup patch.

If Qt was build with -no-xinput2, it does not make sense to compile
in code that always returns "false". Simply exclude code that is not
relevant for -no-xinput2 builds with XCB_USE_XINPUT2 ifdefs. In
addition, this improves readability of the code.
Now, trying to use ::isAtLeastXI21() in a -no-xinput2 build will
result in the following build error:
error: ‘class QXcbConnection’ has no member named ‘isAtLeastXI21’

By printing the corresponding QPlatformWindow and QWindow for a given
QNSView we make it easier to track issues regardless of which of the
views/windows are being logged.

Things that were broken:
- The return values of XIQueryVersion interpreted wrongly. BadRequest
means no XI2 support on the server. Nesting more XIQueryVersion
calls to check for lower minor version of XI2 in this case does not
make sense. On Success, server's supported X Input version is returned.
Server's supported version can be lower than the version we have announced
to support. In this case Qt client will be limited by X server's supported
version (which is ok, as we do check the available version at runtime via
QXcbConnection::isAtLeastXI2*).
- The code was _always_ announcing to X server that we support XI 2.2,
by ignoring what actually is supported in the specific build (see
XCB_USE_XINPUT ifdefs).
- qCDebug messages and logging categories were wrong too.

... as XI2 reuses device ids and we might end up with some bogus
objects in m_touchDevices (the same touch device after reconnecting
might have a new device id).
With this patch, m_touchDevices is handled similarly to tablets
and scolling devices. This patch also removes unnecessary calls
to X (XIQueryDevice). We already have device information available
for all devices when populating m_touchDevices list, so calling
XIQueryDevice again for every device id (which we haven't already
concluded to be a tablet device) is a redundant round trip to X.
For consistency with other device types, extend touch device data
structure to store the necessary device details, instead of holding
pointers to XIDeviceInfo. And allocate touch device objects on
stack instead of heap, also for the consistency reasons (this way
we won't need to special case m_touchDevices when running some
management task on _all_ devices, e.g. removing a device with id=n
when it was disconnected).

When you are using a query that pulls from a number of different tables
then it can be ambiguous as to which table a particular field belongs to.
So this will make it possible to determine the table that a given field
belongs to if it is set.

On VMWare Workstation 12 it will indicate OpenGL 2.1 support but it is
not sufficient enough as it is lacking things needed to use QtWebEngine
without crashing. Falling back to d3d9 works fine in this case as d3d11
also crashes.

This removes the single occurrence of HIThemeGetTextDimensions. Since we
have access to the actual platform font through QPlatformTheme::font(),
it's possible to use QFontMetricsF instead.
We also cache small and mini system fonts to be reused in other places.

There are really only two cases here, where the difference
is the coordinate system of the window position.
1) Child QWindow and embedded QWindow:
The position is relative to parent view/window origin.
2) Top-level QWindow:
The position is relative to screen origin.

There's no longer any reason to call out from QCocoaWindow to QNView for
this, as the geometry events from AppKit are delivered directly to the
QCocoaWindow. Most of the data used in the implementation are coming
from QCocoaWindow anyways, and this enables geometry events for foreign
windows in the future.

Pass SHGFI_USEFILEATTRIBUTES/FILE_ATTRIBUTE_NORMAL to ShGetFileInfo() in
case a file does not exist to obtain an icon.
SHGFI_USEFILEATTRIBUTES cannot be used unconditionally as it
breaks custom directory icons.
The functionality is then on par with XCB which obtains icons
via QMimeDatabase look-up.

The original version (8758f532ae) of
this file was full of things that are irrelevant for XCB GL plugins.
Most of this has been cleaned out as side effect of porting to the
new configure system. This patch cleans up the remaining pieces.
It does not matter for XCB GL plugins if Qt was configured with
-qt-xcb or -system-xcb as those are dependencies of xcb_qpa_lib-private
and are not used directly by these plugins.
The only XCB dependencies that are directly used by these plugins
are libxcb-glx and libxcb, which are managed directly in xcb_glx.pro:
qtConfig(xcb-glx): QMAKE_USE += xcb_glx

The logic of deciding whether or not to send resize and move events
has been centralized in QGuiApplication. This ensures that if a
window with geometry 100,100+200x200 is moved and resized to e.g.
0,0+100x100, but the window manager denies the request (because the
window would e.g. overlap with system UI), and issues a geometry
update with the original geometry, 100,100+200x200, we will still
treat that as warrant of a move/resize event to the application,
so the application knows that its position and size is as before.
[ChangeLog][Qt Gui][QPA] QWindowSystemInterfacePrivate::handleGeometryChange
no longer takes the old geometry as an argument.

Addresses drawing, hit testing, subcontrol rects and one metric.
Also fixes the knob width on hovered transient scrollbars. Since Cocoa
won't help for this (and never will), we do it manually.
For non-transient scrollbars, no more HITheme. That's why we're doing
this after all. It also comes with its own small hack; see how we darken
the knob when hovered.
We had to de-intertwine the logic with QSlider in drawComplexControl(),
which now gets its own full case CC_Slider statements. QSlider will be
addressed next.

Exclude popups among other non-applicable windows types
from resizing in WM_DPICHANGED.
When resizing was enabled for non-fixed size windows
by c854fc5a6b
it turned out that context menus were truncated
when moving an application from a high resolution
to a low resolution monitor.
Factor out a function to check for the applicable window types.

Qt has two APIs to intercept native events today:
- QAbstractEventDispatcher::installNativeEventFilter()
- Q{Window|Widget}::nativeEvent()
On macOS we only implemented one of them, the native event filter code
path, by calling filterNativeEvent from the Cocoa event dispatcher.
We now also propagate the native event to the corresponding QWindow,
and QWidget if applicable.
It would be nice if there was only one Qt API for this, or at least
only one codepath for platform plugins to care about, but since the
event filter might catch more event types than gets delivered to the
window, we probably need both code paths going forward.
