Create macros that wrap the magic developed in
7d63efc16f and apply it to all
Q_DECLARE_METATYPE invocations that show up in Clang -ftime-trace for
a PCH'ed QtGui build.

Passing QDBusUnixFileDescriptors over peer-to-peer connections currently
does not work, because QDBusConnectionPrivate::setPeer() does not set
this->capabilities (unlike QDBusConnectionPrivate::setConnection()
which is executed for bus connections).
Keep track of whether the connection already has been authenticated, and
once the connection does get authenticated, update this->capabilities.
Note that sending a message directly after connecting (before any
message has been received from the peer) might still fail if the message
contains a QDBusUnixFileDescriptor.

There is no reason for keep using our macro now that we have C++17.
The macro itself is left in for the moment being, as well as its
detection logic, because it's needed for C code (not everything
supports C11 yet). A few more cleanups will arrive in the next few
patches.
Note that this is a mere search/replace; some places were using
double braces to work around the presence of commas in a macro, no
attempt has been done to fix those.
tst_qglobal had just some minor changes to keep testing the macro.

I made a clazy automated check that replaced the use of QVariant::Type
by the equivalent in QMetaType.
This has been deprecated since Qt 5.0, but many uses were not yet removed.
In addition, there was some manual changes to fix the compilation errors.
Adapted the Private API of QDateTimeParser and QMimeDataPrivate
and adjust QDateTimeEdit and QSpinBox.
QVariant(QVariant::Invalid) in qstylesheet made no sense.
But note that in QVariant::save, we actually wanted to use the non-user type.
In the SQL module, many changes were actually reverted because the API
still expects QVarient::Type.

The reply serial is displayed for method call returns and errors,
while the serial is displayed for all message types.
To see a message serial it is required to dump messages after
sending, not before.

This patch includes setup of class member 'msg' in
QDBusMessagePrivate::toDBusMessage() to be able to get the
serial after message sending.
Testcases for comparing the 'reply serial to' with the 'serial'

The QDBusMessage::createSignal() static method doesn't take a parameter
for specifying the destination service of the signal. While this is not
a widely used feature, it can be useful to avoid waking up all connected
clients when the service knows what are the clients which are interested
in the signal.
This commit adds a QDBusMessage::createTargetedSignal() method which
also takes the destination service as its first parameter.

Qt copyrights are now in The Qt Company, so we could update the source
code headers accordingly. In the same go we should also fix the links to
point to qt.io.

QDBusMessage is intended to avoid sending reply messages unless
the message is a method call without the NO_REPLY_EXPECTED flag set.
However, since messages which are not method calls will never have
this flag set, the code will currently cause all non-method call
messages to expect a reply. This patch changes the code to examine
the message type, and to only check for the flag in cases where the
message is a method call.

and list items. This change applies that change in QDoc to the
