Lucie Gérard fb1b20eab3 Add license headers to cmake files 
CMakeLists.txt and .cmake files of significant size
(more than 2 lines according to our check in tst_license.pl)
now have the copyright and license header.

Existing copyright statements remain intact

Stephen Kelly 45cb8be4f9 Add tests of the various testlib definition possibilities. 
The behavior of QTEST_MAIN depends on whether QT_GUI_LIB or QT_WIDGETS_LIB
is defined. It could create a QGuiApplication or QApplication which
could cause linking issues if the corresponding library is not linked to.

The failure cases are also tested.
