Currently the default for QSplitter::opaqueResize is hard coded,
which is less than ideal. Instead this should be provided as a
style hint via QStyle so as to give a more uniform look to all
applications.

Added SH_Widget_Animate in QStyle styleHint, and use it to determine
whether widgets should be animated or not.
In this patch QTabBar, QColumnView,QTreeView and QWidgetAnimator are
patched to obey the new Hint.

In earlier patches we allowed the user to control the
tooltip duration. However the user still couldn't control
the wake delay and sleep delay.

Those actions are just separators having also text and potentially icon.
It is very convenient to create titled sections in a menu, or give a
title to a context menu.
Obviously requires support for them on the style side, but modern styles
like fusion or oxygen handle them just fine. For legacy styles it
properly falls back to a regular separator aspect. That's why a specific
style hint is also introduced. It is used by QMenu to know how the
sections will be treated and take care of them correctly when
eliminating duplicated separators or separators at the beginning of the
menu.

Bring Qt 5 on par with Qt 4, prepare for more comprehensive
support later on.
Introduce device independent pixels (dips), device pixels,
and devicePixelRatio. Add high-dpi support to QPainter,
QGLWidget, the cocoa platform plugin, mac and fusion styles.
Dips are similar to CSS pixels, Apple points and
Android density-independent pixels. Device pixels
are pixels in the backing store/physical pixels on screen.
devicePixelRatio is the ratio between them, which is
1.0 on standard displays and 2.0 on "retina" displays.
New API:
QImage::devicePixelRatio() and setDevicePixelRatio()
QPixmap::devicePixelRatio() and setDevicePixelRatio()
QWindow::devicePixelRatio()
QScreen::devicePixelRatio()
QGuiApplicaiton::devicePixelRatio()

The basic idea is that the platform theme is now responsible for
providing the pixmaps for the given standard name, or any file or
directory. Then, the QStyle implementation should query the platform
theme for the pixmaps, and build the icons accordingly using
ThemeHint::IconPixmapSizes. Same thing for QFileIconProvider. This
also opens future support for getting platform dependent pixmaps in
QtQuick components.
Also includes the implementation for the Cocoa (QCocoaTheme) and
Windows (QWindowsTheme) platform plugins.

It is time to clean up some of our legacy code. These styles have
not been actively maintained for a long time and I think it is safe
to say that they should no longer belong as part of the default
distribution of Qt. We dont support any platforms based on CDE with
our source packages.
Note that even if we are removing these styles from the default
distribution of Qt, applications that depend on them
will still be able to bundle the existing (and unmodified) styles
along with their own source code as we are not breaking compatibility.

On Lion scroll bars are within the scroll area itself and are not being
shown as long as the user is not scrolling.
This patch draws the new scroll bars and makes them fade away. Further
it introduces a pixel metric checking for this behaviour. It's used by
QAbstractScrollArea to put the viewport to the correct place.

This is dead code, unused with QPA in place, so remove it to avoid confusion
caused through grepping for class names existing in both old and new places.
