Daniel Nicoletti 8f75ab231f Allow to set Local Socket listen(2) backlog
Unix sockets do not suffer from SYN flood, thus the hardcoded value to
50 is size of the only queue to hold connections to be accepted,
resulting in dropped connections when the limit is reached.

On Windows the hardcoded value is 8, this patch changes the default to
50 matching UNIX.

[ChangeLog][QtNetwork][QLocalServer] Added setListenBacklogSize() to
be able to have control over the listen backlog feature.

Joerg Bornemann ac8dae8b5e QLocalServer/Win: Fix race condition in listen().
Suppose a client connects while the QLocalServer is still in the loop
that calls addListener. The connection would SetEvent(eventHandle),
but every call to ConnectNamedPipe would ResetEvent(eventHandle).
Thus, the connection is never detected by the notifier on eventHandle.
  Callers of addListener must check the connection state of every
listener to make sure that no client connected while setting up
listeners.

Jani Heikkinen 83a5694dc2 Update copyright headers
Qt copyrights are now in The Qt Company, so we could update the source
code headers accordingly. In the same go we should also fix the links to
point to qt.io.

Outdated header.LGPL removed (use header.LGPL21 instead)

Old header.LGPL3 renamed to header.LGPL3-COMM to match actual licensing
combination. New header.LGPL-COMM taken in the use file which were
using old header.LGPL3 (src/plugins/platforms/android/extract.cpp)

Added new header.LGPL3 containing Commercial + LGPLv3 + GPLv2 license
combination

like Windows people don't like this change because of some Windows Data Types

kb cff6e39cd1 Remove capitalization when specifying include-libraries.
MinGW installations on case-sensitive filesystems expect
lowercase names of include-libraries and (usually) include
files.
When crosscompiling on Debian 6 (targeting MS Windows) linking
fails because mingw is looking for non-existent include-libraries.
Using lowercase names solves this.

QLocalServer could only listen to sockets it created.
Thi is not always possible as sockets may be passed
by socketpair() or have to be created locally by
other means. This adds a similar feature to QLocalSocket
where a native descriptor maybe used.
