Replace the current license disclaimer in files by
a SPDX-License-Identifier.
Files that have to be modified by hand are modified.
License files are organized under LICENSES directory.

This replaces QtAndroidPrivate::runOnAndroidThread{Sync} calls.
This also now allows passing std::function<> that can return values,
and not only an std::function<void()>.
This adds some tests for this calls as well.
