Øystein Heskestad 10b4c06b49 Move rsslisting example into corelibe/serialization 
The implementation of the stream-based XML parser resides in
coreslib/serialization. Moving the rsslisting example there.

Thiago Macieira 9be00330af Examples: add an example that converts between different file formats 
This example converts to and from:
 - Binary JSON

 - CBOR Diagnostic notation (output only)

 - Text

Thiago Macieira 2457b1381b Example: add a simple CBOR dumper tool 
This is useful as well when trying to figure out what a CBOR file
contains or how it may fail to parse.

Thiago Macieira a6b697ca13 Create corelib/serialization and move existing file formats into it 
This is in preparation to adding CBOR support. We don't need yet another
dir for CBOR and placing it in src/corelib/json is just wrong.
