Marc Mutz 1ff68ff3fd QCupsPrintEngine::setProperty(): defend against malformed PPK_CupsOptions values
The QCupsPrintEnginePrivate::closePrintDevice() function expects the
cupsOptions string-list to have an even number of elements, because it
iterates in steps of two and doesn't check the size of the container
while in-between steps.

Print a qWarning() in setProperty() when the option value string-list
has an odd number of elements in it, and append an empty entry to
maintain the expected format for closePrintDevice(). This is the
least-intrusive way to fix the problem, hopefully defining previously
undefined behavior without other user-visible effects.

Amends f70924e9cc, which, however, may
have merely moved the code around.

[ChangeLog][QtPrintSupport][QCupsPrintEngine] Fixed a bug where setting
a value string-list with an odd number of elements as the
PPK_CupsOptions value would read uninitialized data.

Alexey Edelev 848cc2bf27 Mark Cups::Cups optional target when building for non-APPLE systems
Relax the dependency on Cups for PrintSupport module on non-APPLE
platforms. 30bb15e7bf42a07b49700b6e822513f125d9ed4d added the missing
dependency for the PrintSupportPrivate target, but made it required.
In general users not necessarly need the Cups found when linking
PrintSupport on non-APPLE platforms. So we may mark Cups optional.

We also need Cups as the required dependency when Qt is built
statically, since then QCupsPrinterSupportPlugin will require the
library to be found.

Giuseppe D'Angelo 0092f06a64 Add CMYK support for pens/fills in the PDF engine
Insofar, painting with a CMYK color (pen/brush) was completely ignored
by QPdfWriter, although the PDF format can faithfully represent CMYK
colors.

This commit adds support for CMYK colors in the PDF engine. The support
is opt-in, in the name of backwards compatibility; an enumeration on
QPdfWriter controls the output.

QPrinter was using a hidden hook in QPdfEngine in order to do grayscale
printing; this hook can now be made public API through the same
enumeration.

This work has been kindly sponsored by the QGIS project
(https://qgis.org/).

[ChangeLog][QtGui][QPdfWriter] QPdfWriter can now use CMYK colors
directly, without converting them into RGB colors.

Marc Mutz 1c6bf3e09e Port from container::count() and length() to size() - V5
This is a semantic patch using ClangTidyTransformator as in
qtbase/df9d882d41b741fef7c5beeddb0abe9d904443d8, but extended to
handle typedefs and accesses through pointers, too:

    const std::string o = "object";

    auto hasTypeIgnoringPointer = [](auto type) { return anyOf(hasType(type), hasType(pointsTo(type))); };

    auto derivedFromAnyOfClasses = [&](ArrayRef<StringRef> classes) {
        auto exprOfDeclaredType = [&](auto decl) {
            return expr(hasTypeIgnoringPointer(hasUnqualifiedDesugaredType(recordType(hasDeclaration(decl))))).bind(o);
        };
        return exprOfDeclaredType(cxxRecordDecl(isSameOrDerivedFrom(hasAnyName(classes))));
    };

    auto renameMethod = [&] (ArrayRef<StringRef> classes,
                            StringRef from, StringRef to) {
        return makeRule(cxxMemberCallExpr(on(derivedFromAnyOfClasses(classes)),
                            callee(cxxMethodDecl(hasName(from), parameterCountIs(0)))),
                        changeTo(cat(access(o, cat(to)), "()")),
                        cat("use '", to, "' instead of '", from, "'"));
    };

    renameMethod(<classes>, "count", "size");
    renameMethod(<classes>, "length", "size");

except that the on() matcher has been replaced by one that doesn't
ignoreParens().

a.k.a qt-port-to-std-compatible-api V5 with config Scope: 'Container'.

Added two NOLINTNEXTLINEs in tst_qbitarray and tst_qcontiguouscache,
to avoid porting calls that explicitly test count().

Craig Scott fe29159aad cmake: Don't give plugins PUBLIC usage requirements
The pro2cmake.py conversion script faithfully reproduced the .pro files
for the plugins, which specified the libraries as public. But in CMake,
the implications of this are that public usage requirements should then
be propagated to consumers. We don't expect any consumers, since a
plugin is created as a MODULE library in CMake, so for Windows we don't
even have an import library to link with. The only exception to this is
for static builds where plugins are created as STATIC libraries
instead, but only in certain controlled situations do we then link to
plugins. Even then, usage requirements are not expected to propagate to
the consumers, so these relationships should always be specified as
private.

This change warns on any PUBLIC usage requirements specified for a
plugin. This check is disabled by default to avoid spamming CI builds
for repos that haven't been fixed yet. The check can be enabled by a
CMake cache option, which is intended for developers to use locally
when fixing this issue in other repos (all plugins in qtbase should
not trigger this warning as a result of changes in this commit).

Alexandru Croitor 9b0b464e82 Write find_dependency() calls in Qt Module config files
This change introduces a new function called qt_find_package()
which can take an extra option called PROVIDED_TARGETS, which
associates targets with the package that defines those targets.
This is done by setting the INTERFACE_QT_PACKAGE_NAME and
INTERFACE_QT_PACKAGE_VERSION properties on the imported targets.

This information allows us to generate appropriate find_dependency()
calls in a module's Config file for third party libraries.

For example when an application links against QtCore, it should also
link against zlib and atomic libraries. In order to do that, the
library locations first have to be found by CMake. This is achieved by
embedding find_dependency(ZLIB) and find_dependency(Atomic) in
Qt5CoreDependencies.cmake which is included by Qt5CoreConfig.cmake.
The latter is picked up when an application project contains
find_package(Qt5Core), and thus all linking dependencies are resolved.

The information 'which package provides which targets' is contained
in the python json2cmake conversion script. The generated output of
the script contains qt_find_package() calls that represent that
information.

The Qt5CoreDependencies.cmake file and which which dependencies it
contains is generated at the QtPostProcess stop.

Note that for non-static Qt builds, we only need to propagate public
3rd party libraries. For static builds, we need all third party
libraries.

In order for the INTERFACE_QT_PACKAGE_NAME property to be read in any
scope, the targets on which the property is set, have to be GLOBAL.

Also for applications and other modules to find all required third
party libraries, we have to install all our custom Find modules, and
make sure they define INTERFACE IMPORTED libraries, and not just
IMPORTED libraries.
