This change can be described in the following 2 categories:
1. Support 3 ways to escape identifiers mentioned in SQLite Keywords
In SQLite Keywords (https://sqlite.org/lang_keywords.html), it shows
that there are 3 ways to escape identifiers, i.e., "", [], ``. So, I
have overridden "bool isIdentifierEscaped(const QString &,
IdentifierType)" to support it. In addition, there was a bug of
_q_escapeIdentifier. If there is a field name called length [cm],
which uses square brackets to show units, _q_escapeIdentifier will
not escape it to "length [cm]".
2. Identify identifiers correctly if identifiers have been escaped
There is a bug of QSQLiteDriver::record and
QSQLiteDriver::primaryIndex.
If we input escaped identifiers with separator, let's say
"databaseName"."tableName", both will change the input into
databaseName"."tableName, which is incorrect and causes
qGetTableInfo cannot get the right results. In addition, I overrode
stripDelimiters to strip "databaseName"."tableName" correctly.
There are still some assumptions for isIdentifierEscaped,
escapeIdentifier, and stripDelimiters, but I think this change it better
than what we have now.
1. For isIdentifierEscaped, if identifiers have a dot and the dot is a
separator, it is the users' responsibility to escape the pair of
schema and table name correctly. For example,
"aSchemaName"."aTableName", not "aSchemaName".a"TableName". That's
because we don't know whether the dot is just a dot of the name or a
separator.
2. For escapeIdentifier, if identifiers have a dot and the parts before
and after the dot are not escaped, escapeIdentifier will treat the
dot as part of the table name or field name. The same as the item
above, it is users' responsibility to do it right.
3. For stripDelimiters, the same as above, it is users' responsibility
to do escape if users want to use format schemaName.tableName or
tableName.fieldName.

Add a helper class which makes sure that the used table does not exist
before usage (e.g. due to leftovers from previous tests) and is properly
cleaned up on exit. This also allows to remove all usages of
safeDropTable().

testWhiteSpaceNames() returns true for all current database drivers so
it's useless and can be removed. safeDropView() and getPSQLVersion()
is not called anywhere, getMySqlVersion() is only used for a check for a
MySql version we no longer support.

Becaues the database objects were created as globals, there was a
possible use-after-free issue when deleting the objects on application
exit.
Move the initialization of the database objects into static variables
inside the test constructor.
As a drive-by, also add one missing test to the CMake projects.

Since some databases are case sensitive if part of the query is quoted,
then we should ensure that all instances of the table name are escaped
unless the test is delibrately testing the non-escaped case.
As a result, this commit also removes some expected failures pertaining
to PostgreSQL and also adds an entry to the list of tables being dropped
when a test is finished.
[ChangeLog][Sql][PostgreSQL] QSqlDatabase is now stricter about table
names when used with record() and primaryIndex(). If the tablename was
not quoted when it was created, then the table name passed to record()
and primaryIndex() needs to be in lower case so that PostgreSQL is
able to find it.

When QSqlQueryModel or QSqlTableModel is created it will create a
QSqlQuery which defaults to using the default QSqlDatabase connection.
If this connection belongs to another thread then it will throw a
warning as this is not safe to use. Since the QSqlQuery is always
recreated when a query is set, the instance which is a member of
the class can effectively be invalid until a new one is set.

Currently there is a bug in Qt regarding the PostgreSQL driver as it
does not correctly escape the table names when constructing queries
internally. Therefore, these tests are marked as expected failures until
the bug itself is fixed in Qt.

Oracle has a limitation of 30 characters for a tablename so the main
change is to account for this, which meant changing all the usages of
qTableName(). Some other fixes are included that ensure the tests are
working correctly as far as Oracle is concerned.

revert() should operate in OnFieldChange edit strategy just as
submit() does. The reason in Qt 4 for excluding OnFieldChange
was that there was no opportunity to revert. The model was
refreshed, causing all changes to be lost. In Qt 5 a failed
edit remains in the cache until user action, which could be
to revert.

Previously, selectRow() did not work after INSERTing a new row into a
table with an automatically populated column. It did not work because
the model did not know the primary values for the new row. Newly
inserted rows were therefore not refreshed in OnFieldChange and
OnRowChange edit strategies.
This change provides support for the typical simple case where a single
column is populated by the database and can be retrieved with
QSqlQuery::lastInsertId().

Commit 10ff9de91b introduced the
optimization of ignoring non-changes, but it overshot the mark.
It neglected to consider that QVariant's equality operator does not
compare the null flag. It also failed to consider that setData() has
a useful side effect of setting the generated flag in a column of a
pending INSERT. This is important when the application actually wants
a NULL to be inserted into the column.

QSqlQueryModel::headerData() relied on virtual indexInQuery() to
detect whether the requested column at row 0 mapped to an index in
the query. This failed when row 0 was a pending insert managed by
QSqlTableModel, and therefore not in the query.
The only thing that matters here is the column.

This is good for performance in terms of avoiding unnecessary
database activity and keeping the cache smaller.
Detail:
This change was not included in the big refactoring of QSqlTM. The
idea was that the model shouldn't second guess the intention of the
application and maybe the application wants to cause a submit.
It was a marginal consideration.
Now I think it's clear that our interest in not unnecessarily
expanding the cache outweighs that. In addition, applications can now
call selectRow() if they worry that the database values for the row
have changed and want to set a value back again.

The STL-style iteration over the cache in submitAll() assumed the
iterator would remain valid until reaching cache.end(). This failed
to consider that virtual selectRow() might be overridden so that
it removes rows from the cache. For example, it might call select()
which would empty the cache.
The new approach checks at each iteration whether the row is
still in the cache. Using foreach here is justified by its fitness
for purpose and readability.
New test included.

This method was originally intended for refreshing rows after
submitting changes. It should also work for refreshing rows
that are unchanged (i.e., not cached), but did not because
constructing the primary values depended on the cache. As a
consequence, the WHERE clause for the query was not created.
Fixed by deriving primary values for uncached rows from the
query record. Note that the cache is still authoritative for rows
it holds. This is important because the prmary values there may
differ from the original query record due to changes to columns
of the primary key.
Includes new test.
