Janne Anttila 71b5aa1a2a Removed unnecessary TESTDATA statement from qmessageauthenticationcode. 
QMessageAuthenticationCode autotest does not have data folder for
TESTDATA. It seems that pro file is copy/pasted from another one which
actually have data. Removed the unnecessary statement since it caused
problems for https://codereview.qt-project.org/77981.

Ruslan Nigmatullin d4adcfb8cc Added QMessageAuthenticationCode 
QMessageAuthenticationCode is HMAC implementation based on
QCryptographicHash abilities. HMAC is often used in OAuth and similar
authentication protocols.
