Qt 6.8.3 with BlackBerry 10 (QNX 8 / ARMv7) patches

Martin Smith 083e4c7e51 doc: Fixed qdoc errors ... These classes will not be public until Qt 5.1. This change marks a few things internal, so they don't cause qdoc errors in Qt 5.0. It also adds a few qdoc comments for future use in Qt 5.1.
