Marc Mutz b4a88aa758 examples: port away from Java-style iterators There's no reason to use them here, the Mutable is misleading in a few instances, ranged-for is much simpler, and more future-proof. Qt 4 extends Qt's support for multithreaded applications with an API for
concurrent programming which includes implementations of the well-known
map-reduce and filter-reduce algorithms.
