Tony Sarajärvi fd6370d89f Extend opensuse blacklistings to opensuse-leap ... In openSUSE 15.0 /etc/os-release the ID of the OS was changed from "opensuse" to "opensuse-leap". So every blacklisting we did for opensuse, didn't cover opensuse-leap. This one adds opensuse-leap as a blacklisted platform whenever opensuse was blacklisted.
