Archived build logs on http://testresults.qt-project.org/ci/ show that the QPluginLoader test has failed in CI only once in the last 1000 builds (in build 1786), and on that occasion the test was legitimately blocking a regression. The QFactoryLoader test was derived from the QPluginLoader test and has not failed since its first run on March 29, 2012.
