Tor Arne Vestbø 63754bd7ae Blacklist tst_QGraphicsWidget::updateFocusChainWhenChildDie() on macOS 13 in CI 
For some reason when running this test on macOS 13 in the CI the window
is activated, as on other platforms, but this is not reproducible
locally, so we can't just remove the QEXPECT_FAIL.
