Qt 6.8.3 with BlackBerry 10 (QNX 8 / ARMv7) patches

Laszlo Agocs 4178ac2c8f Align blob start in program binary disk cache ... Make INTEGRITY happy. While we are at it, clean up the way the data is composed and accessed and avoid unaligned uint32* accesses on our side as well.
