Alexandru Croitor 4c8cf8801e CMake: Move more Qt-specific SBOM PURL functions to the right file 
The Qt specific functions belong in the
QtPublicSbomQtEntityHelpers.cmake file, not
QtPublicSbomPurlHelpers.cmake.
