Allan Sandfeld Jensen e673e5a257 Merge applyGray, applyReturnGray, and apply methods ... Combine all into a single flexible apply method. Also fixes a few issues with RGB colorspace on gray input. Blocking CMYK colorspace on Grayscale and ElementListProcessing RGB on grayscale out.
