Friedemann Kleint 5d612a72ad QWidget::mapTo/FromGlobal(): Fix transformation in case of QGraphicsItem::ItemIgnoresTransformations 
Extract a helper returning the transform from
QGraphicsViewPrivate::mapToViewRect() and use that.

Fixes: QTBUG-128913
