Rohan McGovern 177070cb7b Add CONFIG+=parallel_test to suspected parallel-safe tests. ... These tests have passed a parallel stress test on all three of Linux, Mac, Windows. Mark them with CONFIG+=parallel_test to allow CI to run them in parallel, saving time.
