Joerg Bornemann b5d55f3a35 fix flakiness of tst_qlocalsocket::processConnection ... QSystemSemaphore is persistent after a crash and we'd have to toggle the Open/Create flag. Waiting for the server being available by trying to connect is much more reliable.
