Toby Tomkins 7f4c45390d Flag udpTest as insignificant, fails on Ubuntu 11.10 x64. 
This testcase fails on the Ubuntu 11.10 x64 platform, add flag to .pro
file so test is ignored on this platform.

Task-number: QTBUG-23380
